As a Food QA technician, I make sure that food being produced is safe and in compliance with Food Safety standards. Food safety plays a critical role in the society as it keeps customer safe.
My day to day tasks in my profession are like pre-ops, GMP monitoring, auditing, monitoring and filing logs, calibration, CCP checks, glass, brittle, plastic inspection and so on.
Diploma in Food Science and Technology.
