Scope of the job
- Assists in the management of the rental process for prospects and tenants, which includes all the required paperwork for the rental of suites, parking and/or storage lockers.
- Schedules and accomplishes the tenant maintenance issues and unit renovations on time which include painting of walls and ceilings, replacement of HRV filters, basic appliance repair (fridge, oven, dryers, washing machines and dishwashers), toilet and kitchen sink repairs, power washing, issues on smoke alarms.
- Becomes familiar with the fire alarm system, security surveillance system, elevator and fob operations.
- Performs daily morning cleaning routine.
- Responds to emergencies such as leaking and fire.
