Communication skills are everything in the world of sales. When you care for their needs, and show genuine interest in their issues, they notice. I live to promote happiness in others, but I also know not every customer will be satisfied, and de-escalation is paramount to loss mitigation. I excel in these things.

Videogames have always been my passion, whether it be farming in Runescape, skirmishing in League of Legends, or capturing territories in New World with my friends.

Combining my passion and my experience has always been a goal of mine, and my Bachelors in Digital Media Studies shows that dedication.

Whether you need bug reports analyzed, unruly customers that feel their needs aren't met, or an advertising campaign that needs rewording, I'm a great foundation to lean and rely on.

I've worked for Island Granite for the last twelve years. In this role I:

• Manage customer satisfaction and sales both over the phone and in person
• Schedule employee workload and travel
• Update the company website
• De-escalate situations whilst weighing due payments with company policies to maximize returns.
