I’ve provided end-to-end technical support, resolved hardware/software issues, and managed IT assets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
I also have hands-on experience with networking fundamentals, VPNs, and ITIL-based service management using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Cybersecurity to expand my skills in security, compliance, and digital forensics.
