As a Senior Dispatcher at Blueline Transit since July 2022, I am responsible for overseeing over 20 programs and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of more than 250 clients daily, including elderly, disabled, and sick individuals. My strong organizational and planning skills allow me to create effective daily transportation routes, considering various factors such as client needs, driver availability, and traffic conditions. I am also responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed vehicle maintenance and service records to ensure a smooth and reliable fleet.
Serving as the primary liaison between Blueline Transit and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA), I handle all communications, complaints, issues, and reports related to transportation services with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach. I utilize excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to quickly address any issues during transportation, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and drivers. Additionally, I analyze data and metrics related to transportation services, identifying trends and areas for improvement and providing recommendations to management for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
