Personally, I do have mobility issues. I am unable to walk without the aid of a walker. The position of working from home allows me to stay in the workforce with ease, which I am most grateful for.
I am passionate about helping others. I think we all need to know there is someone there if you find yourself in a situation that you cannot deal with on your own. I feel satisfaction to know I can be that person.
I have worked in the “work from home” atmosphere for twelve years basically in the customer care role. I enjoy to assist customers with the answers to solve their issues at that particular time. Beginning with downloading navigation instructions into the vehicle allowing them to audio record over the radio and visually showing a map on their screen detouring around traffic and accidents that may be on their route requested. I am fully trained to handle welcome calls and account retention. For the past three years I have held the position as Case Manager. I would over see the customers experience during their maintenance or repairs to their vehicle.
I have graduated High School at Dr.F J Donevan Collegiate Institute in Oshawa, Ontario.
I also attended Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario to obtain the Office Administration certificate.
