⦁ Subtenant management, leasing, liaison with 3 sub tenants over 7 floors
⦁ Transitioned into a project management role, responsible for decommissioning of old space, returning it to base building specifications as per lease obligations.
⦁ Managed contractors and worked with key stakeholders and building personnel for maintenance and budget expectations up yo $1,000,000
⦁ Led a $200,000 project renovating the main Security Control Centre for all field offices.
⦁ As PM, led project meetings, continuously worked with key stakeholders such as IT, Security and all onsite staff.

⦁ Responsible for budgeting and forecasting , sub-leases and real estate under new portfolio.
⦁ Sub leasing included both adding and ensuring old leases went smoothly, facilitated all training and teaching with new service provider, ensuring a seamless transition.
⦁ During the 2017-18 year, responsible for savings of +$160,000 per month over a projected 5 year cycle, through the elimination of mover costs for all internal moves. Changes included addition of new mail/courier provider.
⦁ Skillfully coordinated/completed over 2000 office moves due to reorganizations, acquisitions and restructuring as well as terminations, LOA's and new hires.
⦁ Personally handled about 200 moves per year on average, at approximately $32,000 per year. These moves included Records, Legal, Data, Acquisitions, Accounts Payable and Archive file rooms.
⦁ Part of the Newfield acquisition in Houston implementing Encana/Ovintiv procedures.
⦁ Acted as Lead for Encana's new fitness program and effectively launched the new facility after covid. Completely overhauled a gym and updated new equipment and remodeled the space. Responsible for all communications and sign up sm waivers and access for nearly 800 users and integrate sub tenants when required. Act as after-hours SPOC since 2010 ,working after hours, weekends and holidays as required.
2020: Covid and Work From Home Mandate (WFH)
⦁ Key member of the WFH team and was the key on site person for the majority of the pandemic, ensuring on site building maintenance up-keep, implementing new cleaning protocols.
⦁ Led floor reset to condense office space in The Bow, freeing up floors to be sub-leased. 10 floors were ready to be tendered and 7 floors were occuoied by 2024
⦁ Worked closely with business units and key stakeholders along with required vendors.
⦁ Responsible for construction, clean up and transition of all employees during several restacks.
⦁ Identified items for recycle, donate or sales including excess stationary, furniture and other items.

⦁ Responsibilities included office moves, building liaison as it relates to projects, planned and unplanned maintenance, permitting. Working with all stakeholders, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted distractions for all staff when possible.
⦁ Continued responsibilities included Encana space maintenance, handling building maintenance, cleaning, confidential material destruction.
⦁ Member of a transition team working with USA counterparts to attempt to remove the border and streamline processes where applicable. The goal was to ensure staff were able to seamlessly transition space in any location with minimal hurdles which led to numerous efficiencies that increased
⦁ Implemented new strategies in maintenance, cleaning and beverage services, resulting in extreme savings relating to administrative services ranging from $10,000-$50,000 per year.
⦁ Part of the rebrand team during the Encana to Ovintiv name change. This involved a company sweep of old branded materials. Duties included RFP for new promotional items, worked with new service provider and key stakeholders as we implemented a brand change. Result was donation of many items to local charities.

Encana Corporation, Office Services Lead, Office Services
⦁ Responsibilities included operation of all mail and courier groups in Canada, stationary, cleaning, beverage, sundries and reception were part of my expanded portfolio. These areas included staffing, scheduling and coverage of key positions within these teams. There were up to 9 locations before Encana moved to The Bow and Telus Place, affecting approximately 2600 staff.
⦁ Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal services are met with an emphasis on cost control. Responsible for RFP's in all areas when applicable, instrumental outsourced Mail and Courier division and implementation and development of food services contract within The Bow for Encana staff.
⦁ Key member of The Bow Transition Team, helped develop new systems and was part of clean-up of satellite locations.

⦁ Promoted to run internal ticketing distribution centre responsible for up approx 10,000 per year
⦁ Responsibilities included receiving all internal requests for building issues as they related to HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical, elevators, and all facilities related areas of responsibility including furniture, office moves, and any other internal facility and office service request.
⦁ Work with internal and external vendors, stakeholders to ensure timely completion of requests based upon importance or severity. This position increased my exposure to all staff, strengthening and fostering relationships.
