Customer satisfaction has been my main objective through my career. From Sales to service and after service, I have been making loyal and content customers throughout my career in various industries. You can never succeed unless you have employee buy-in and fulfillment and you only get there by listening and coaching your team. Success as a manager almost always comes from staff development from recruitment to training. There is nowhere this is truer than any trades sector. Ensuring your team are doing then completely their tasks efficiently and safe manner is one way you are profitable. I have spent time managing projects, coordinating CSA approvals, dispatching, and handling customer relations. Correctly quoting projects with proper timelines is important not only for profits but customer satisfaction. This is what I like about service manager positions every day or challenge is different from the other so you yourself are continually developing and adapting.
