I am a hard working, diligent person. I have exceptional attention to detail and I am very easy going. I have been in the hospitality world for over 15 years. I have 3 kids and enjoy smoking meat on the weekends.
I have worked in banquets, hotels, nightclubs and bars over my career, from the east coast to the west coast of Canada. I've worked in kitchens but mostly front of house. I currently am the dining room supervisor at a retirement home in Edmonton.
