My name is Shinsil Lee, I have 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. As an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator, I am proficient to implement education plan based on children's genuine curiosity, analyze the program and make a report, and engage with children's interactive activities and play to build a strong rapport.

I am adept at delivering program that support and promote the children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development and growth, and creating the education plan to express children's creativity through art and craft, dramatic play and physical activities.

• Mainly support a student, who has autistic spectrum disorder, to help him to engage in the program comfortably
