I am a passionate Human Resources professional with 4.5 years of work experience in Compensation. I love working with data and making an impact within organizations. I am currently pursuing Human resources management from Humber College and doing internship at Randstad as a Human Resource intern.
I started my HR career as a Compensation Analyst at Mercer Consulting where I was promoted to a Senior Compensation Analyst in April 2021. I then decided to move on to a new role as a Total Rewards Analyst at TE Connectivity where I was responsible for managing Employee Stock Purchase Plan at the organization. I am currently working as a Human resources intern at Randstad digital.
I am currently pursuing Human Resources Management at Humber College and will be completing it in December of 2023.
