I have over 5 years of customer service and sales experience .I worked as Team Lead and as Technical sales representative and used to supervise the staff and also sold insurance policies to customers. I have great problem-solving and critical thinking skills and build trust of customers in the company by being empathetic and also letting them know the benefits of product or service. I also managed accounts for customers for Google ads and used to devise strategies to attract customer base to their website and always exceeded my sales targets.

I completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Project Management and Strategic Leadership from Lambton College in Toronto .I excelled in my program and also received scholarship and award. I have done Bachelors in Science from Punjab University in India.
