Member service is, and always has been, my top priority. I love building new and lasting relationships with the people I see everyday. I am very detail oriented and organized. I am able to prioritize in order to get things done in a timely manner. I am always willing to learn and pick up on tasks and procedures very quickly. I am always learning and improving to add to, and strengthen my skill set. I am proficient in member service, scheduling appointments, filing, updating member information, data entry, supply ordering, invoice forwarding, cash procedures, and Microsoft applications. I always strive to be the best and am often taking initiative to start new tasks and projects.
I have plenty of administrative and clerical experience throughout my years in the Credit Union industry.
I have completed many credit union courses throughout my years in the credit union industry. I have gained extensive knowledge in the clerical and administrative department throughout my years at the credit union.
