I am an IT Specialist with a strong background in customer service. I am dedicated to providing effective technical solutions and exceptional support to clients.
I have over a 3 years of experience in the IT Field. At JD Smith & Sons, I successfully deployed 25+ access points and printers across four warehouse locations. I am proficient in network troubleshooting, IP phone setup, and hardware repair. Additionally, I demonstrated SQL knowledge for database management and wrote PowerShell scripts for network administration. I also managed server tape backups, effectively handled ticketing systems, and deployed 30+ laptops/RF guns.
During my time at OctoHub, I completed a Digital Marketing Internship where I reviewed and added 200-300 new business records weekly to the database. I onboarded new customers, organized leads, and utilized tools like PowerBI, Google Keyword Planner, and SEMrush for data analysis and optimization.
I also successfully ran my own online store for over a year, where I sold custom computers to customers & provided support when needed.
I attended Humber College and obtained my degree in Computer Engineering.
