I have worked in the customer service field my entire life. My greatest strength is my ability to support the service industry in all facets. I enjoy problem solving and creating a positive outcome for my clients through my strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Having the ability to work with and collaborate with others to achieve organizational goals, is of great satisfaction in my daily platform.
I have held a variety of positions within the event and customer service industry. I have lead teams of 2 to 200+, but have never lost focus on my own professional development. Though I am proficient in Google Office - GMail, MS (excel, word, powerpoint), I challenge my self to continue to engage and learn the latest customer service and management training. I enjoy listening and talking to people, which also adds to my learning advancement. Of also added value in my professional career, I am involved in associations that enhance customer service focus.
