I stared my sales compensation career 23 years ago, as an analyst. Through years of experience with end, end sales compensation, I have most recently been a Director of sales compensation responsible for plan design, commission payouts, accrual processing and ICM tool implementation.
I have tried to stay current with adhoc courses, but find that continuous interaction with peer groups gains considerably more insights into current market trends.
