Responsible for the whole supplier chain works, including Procurement, Products and Suppliers Sourcing and Developing, Logistics, Warehouse, TCO control, Quality control.

• Established the supplier chain SOP chart and trained the whole team members. Straightened out the whole business process
• Suppliers integration and designed SRM files.

Asian Sourcing Manager at Permobil (SWE) (2019-05 – 2021-03)

International trading (Headquartered in Sweden, it specializes in the marketing of electric wheelchair, manual wheelchair, accessories) – Responsible for procurement management, market research (trend, industry, commodity price), new product development (from designs to mass production), cost control, supply chain.

• For 5 global factories, offered over 100 categories, such as textiles, plastic parts, wiring harness, circuit board, memory cotton cushion, amounting 500 million RMB annually.
• Suppliers integration (Europe, US, China, Southeast Asia), which reduced more than 25 million RMB in 2 years. For the packaging project (integration of packaging and logistics), that helped saving 20 million RMB.
• Enforced 2-layer supply chain management mechanism, and introduced Alibaba, global trade fairs as sourcing channels. Succeeded in developing over 10 core suppliers.
• As Product Development Manager, grasped overseas R&D ideas precisely and interpreted to factories, eventually met requirements and standards.
• 2019-2020, "Key Products Transfer" project, facing the changing global market, we decided to transfer some parts from US, Europe to Asia, e.g., Sweden to China, US to China Taiwan. As a bridge between Sweden R&D Department and suppliers, I enhanced technical interaction for them via weekly meeting. Meantime, selected, assessed various parts & components suppliers. After one-year efforts on sampling, testing, this project now steps into mass-production stage, which reduced nearly 5 million RMB for the group.

Sourcing Manager at Entry (DK) (2017-11 – 2019-04)

International trading – Developing new products due to customers' requirements, coordinating with factories to improve technical design and product quality, also driving forwarders, customers to keep smooth logistics. Led 2 staff and managed purchasing in China, e.g., textiles, suitcase, bottle, plastic & wooden daily goods, groceries. Conducted the market research on certain commodities. Evaluated more than 50 suppliers and executed business negotiation, designed KPI.

• Delivered an annual purchasing that amounted 10 million RMB.
• Initiated, maintained strategic collaboration with over 10 suppliers in China.
• From ideas to final products, developed baby bounce, heating cushion for outdoor. Further, balanced the quality, design, schedule and best manufacturing costs.

Product Development & Purchasing Manager at ITP (NOR) (2009-11 – 2017-10)

International trading – Management of the whole team of Procurement, Warehouse and Quality, attended to build up the new ERP system and managed daily running of both Purchasing and Warehouse module. Led 10 staff and managed the purchasing that covered textile, plastic, metal and other commodities required by customers (first-aid supplies, plug base, furniture, auto accessories). Developed new products and controlled the quality of sample, project schedule, cost and mass production result.

• Delivered customized purchasing tasks that reached 50 million RMB annually, covering 50+ categories.
• Developed STOKKE Baby Bed Sheet, Baby stroller bag etc., from designs to commodities, which gained customer satisfaction.
• Strategically, shut down a self-owned factory of company, restructured Product Development Department (merchandising, warehousing, quality control) and integrated outsourcing partners as resource. Within one year, we turned loss into gain for company.

Product Development Manager at Sea Link International (US) (2006-11 – 2009-08)

International Trader & Manufacturer – I was in charge of developing new products while shaping supply chain in China (raw materials, equipment, supplier network). Daily, communicated with customers' designers in US and our own designer team, and interpreted designing ideas to local manufacturers to ensure sample, mass production. In addition, managed a 1,000㎡ warehouse to keep the conformity between business operation and accounting.

• Successfully coordinated and planned product development between the American and Chinese development teams. Moreover, completed an annual purchasing amount of 20 million RMB.
• Achieved 10-20% cost saving on purchasing expenditure by continuous improvement with suppliers.

Purchasing Supervisor at Auluna (DK) (2004-11 – 2006-10)

Buying office – Managed a 2-staff purchasing team, sourcing prospective suppliers and developing new products (leather garments, accessories), also executing price negotiation, contract signing, logistics management, quality assurance for company.
