My name is Carla, I am 28 years old, I was born in London from French parents and grew up in Spain. This different cultures that have surrounded me brought me a great open-mindedness as well as the curiosity towards the outside world.
I have been workig as a Pastry Chef for 4 years, almost in Michelin starred restaurants in Spain. . These prestigious establishments brought me discipline, perfectionism, and a great sense of responsibility. The work of creation and the possibility of materializing ideas is constantly stimulating me.
I have moved to France one year ago to enrich myself with their know-how in traditional pastry. I am currently living between Annecy and Geneva. I woud like to work in Geneva as it is a city that resembles me: both at the crossroads of many cultures and internationally-oriented.
