I carry out projects for clients driven by my passion for solving structural problems through stress analysis. My work and academic background in four countries gives me a great capacity for adaptation and teamwork. I value projects that challenge me and require continuous learning and I seek for a new opportunity to continue growing professionally and working in projects in the aerospace industry that exceed customer expectations.

Analysis of aircraft structures by hand calculations and Finite element analysis.

• FEM Modelling, assembly, boundary conditions and stress analysis of a next generation aircraft engine using ANSYS Mechanical R2022. • Responsible for the creation of FEM models as well as the structural analysis of the landing gear of a vertical take-off aircraft belonging to the customer Vertical Aerospace from United Kingdom. • Definition of load cases according to Ground load document in finite element model using Hypermesh. • Conduction a reserve factor summary of a large system of components detailing the most critical cases and type of loadings. • Preparation of stress reports with description of the FEM models as well as the modelling of the interaction between components and the load applications in the assembly. • Creation of session files in HyperView to support the stress Report with interactive FEM results. • Stress analysis of bolted joints and deployment mechanisms of a satellite combining FEA with analytical calculations by hand (AST American company). • Post-processing of FEA forces for driving the stress assessment of bolted joints. • Management of communication with the client through periodic meetings to present the development of the activity. • Management of 3D models in CAD software to extract input data for fem models: CATIA, Solidworks.

Two-year studies in numerical methods and static, dynamic and fracture simulations that culminated in an internship in Denmark at Oqton company.
