I have over 25 years’ experience in the culinary industry. I have had the opportunity to work in various restaurants in Romania and Canada which allowed me to learn about and prepare cuisine from countries such as Italy, Sweden, Romania, China, and Canada, including traditional Newfoundland food. Along with my professional experience, I have many personal attributes which endear me to this position. Specifically, I am creative, well organized, and demonstrate great attention to detail. I am highly motivated, capable of prolonged effort and I am continually looking to be challenged in my work.
