I show resilience in my work, I also use my listening and communication skills no matter what the situation. As a worker I work at a pace fitted for me, however I ensure my work is always completed on time. I always make sure the team mates and customers are comfortable working with me.

In this job I was calling homeowners to see if they was interested and eligible for the free schemes we had available. During my time working here I constantly used my listening and communication skills and keep a positive attitude.

Pot Washer - Restaurant

Here I worked as a pot washer, and also helped the waitress' create desserts for the customers. In this I had to use self knowledge and concentration skills. I also worked as a team here which improved on my teamwork and social skills.

Glass Collector / Bartender - The Wellington Pub

I was employed here as a glass collector, I had to constantly work at a fast pace to ensure that we never would run out of glasses. After months of working as a glass collector I then got trained on the bar. This was fast pace working environment and I was constantly working as a team. I always made sure that the customers was happy with my service. Working here I was working on my communication skills, listening skills, teamwork, cash handling, patience and face to face enquiries.

Festive Colleague / Clothing Department / DOTCOM Department / Checkout Operator - Tesco

I was hired here as a festive colleague for over the christmas and new year period as it's a busy time in retail. I worked on clothing for 2 months here, I then applied to stay on at Tesco in a different department and I got the job. Then I moved to the DOTCOM department which required me to go around the shop with trolleys to collect peoples online shop and get them all prepared to be took in one of the delivery vans.

I then began training on checkouts, and used more listening and communication skills, cash handling, face to face enquiries, and teamwork.
