About
As a Programme Recovery Consultant, I specialise in turning around large, complex projects that are at risk of failure. With nearly 20 years of experience across finance, engineering, and software development sectors, I thrive in high-pressure environments where successful outcomes are critical. I have been involved in recovering many high-profile and high-cost programmes, ensuring they are brought back on track and delivered effectively.
Most recently, I led the turnaround and successful delivery of a £150 million multi-year project. My focus is on identifying key issues, realigning goals, optimising processes, and restoring stakeholder confidence to achieve the best possible results within demanding timeframes.
