Understands, in detail, RICS protocols, and public sector OJEU procurement and contract types – NEC3/4 JCT.
Advises internal and external partners on all areas of acquisitions, disposals, dilapidations, rates, rents and receivables. Operates with a cost-to-value, rationalisation approach; designs, implements and continuously assesses internal and vendor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Negotiated contracts from £20M (housing development) to £62M (green deal); delivered large savings as part of a £300M group savings target; and held portfolio responsibility for £42m (construction), £200m (energy); and £33m (transport).
