My current job consists of providing outstanding customer service to patients and carrying out a variety of administrative duties daily, using the Microsoft office package and systems. I am a excellent listener and communicator and am very thorough and detail oriented. I have also graduated from University completing an Early Years and Childhood Studies bachelor’s degree, receiving a First Class Honours.
I am a highly organised and attentive individual and would love the opportunity to use my skills to their fullest potential.
My current job as a contact centre advisor is to book imaging appointments for patients. Once a call comes in I make sure the patient has a in date referral form to be able to complete the booking. Once the appointment has been booked I carry out administrative duties such as updating patient files, sending confirmation emails and registering the patient for their appointment.
I use Microsoft excel, work and outlook on a daily basis and am very familiar with how these work and how to use them. My day-to-day consists of working in an office environment as well as at home, and completing various administrative duties as well as being able to multitask and manage my time efficiently.
My most relevant education would be my honours degree in Early Years and Childhood studies. While studying this course I learnt a lot about how to use Microsoft packages, how to write reports, referencing and the correct way to write and send emails. I acquired this degree and Manchester Metropolitan University
