About

Motivated and adaptable professional with extensive experience across education, learning support, customer service, hospitality, and care. After several years working in teaching and learning support, I am now actively seeking a new career challenge outside of education, where I can apply my strengths in communication, organisation, safeguarding, behaviour management, teamwork, and supporting diverse individuals. I have also stepped in as acting manager on several occasions, taking responsibility for a team coordination, decision making and ensuring a smooth day to day operations.

I'm known for being calm under pressure, highly reliable, and able to build strong relationships with colleagues, learners, and customers. I bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
