I am really keen to go into this job. I am hoping to be picked for this, as I know I can learn things better while doing them. I am a good listener and enthusiastic. I like to get my work completed quickly, as I am focused. I am able to communicate with people that perhaps have trouble speaking English,
as I can speak Punjabi as well, this may help people that cannot speak in
English. I like to keep things organised and can organise things quickly, as I like to be efficient. I am able to solve problems in situations where people cannot, l have done this several times for my friends when there has been an issue. I have also been able to solve disagreements between customers. l am able to communicate with people and solve problems. I'm good with the
Internet and I am able to use my initiative to develop new skills. I have had customer service training at Sainsbury's. I believe I would be able to handle being a receptionist quite well because of this. I am able to talk to people in a nice and friendly manner as that is what customer service at Sainsbury's and Greggs is all about.

I served customers on a till and helped them with questions they had. I have helped with self scan. l also stacked trolleys, which is why l am resilient. I have done put backs, which is putting items that people didn't want back on the shop floor - I also helped customers when they asked where a product was, while doing this, so I am able to multitask.

I clean the shop floors and the counters. I make breakfast in the morning,
which is bacon, sausage, and egg. l also cook all the frozen food in the oven. I serve customers in nice and pleasant manner. I make coffees as well. I have served on my own, which is why l am able to do everything in a fast manner,
as l also have to make the breakfast rolls and baguettes. My fast-paced working can benefit the work place as I'm able to keep calm, which would mean I would be calm answering calls and arranging files.

Leadership - I have taken lead in situations and I had to improvise.
