Additional duties in this position include:

• To promote and support on-site systems compliance for all specifications • Providing practical training on products and systems to the customer • Attend site to investigate and report on product failure and advise of remedial action where necessary • To promote health and safety, challenging others when unsafe behaviour is observed • Promote a positive image in the market place and act as best example to colleagues at all times.

• Work with ASMs and ACMs providing technical support promoting compliance of systems.

• Work with the technical enquiry line to ensure alignment between external technical sales and back-office support • Working alongside sales team to improve technical knowledge • Update the company CRM tool project leads, complaints and project tracker.

• Build professional relationships with all other departments
