I am an SC cleared (2022) IT Project/ Programme/ Change Manager/ PMO/ Service Delivery (ITIL). Utilising PMI, Prince II (Waterfall), Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Service delivery methodologies.
As a Technical Author I have extensive experience writing policies and procedures, operational, support, user guides, communications, etc.

- Ernst & Young (UK and Global) – Financial Services To date I have gained experience as a Project, Programme, Operational and PMO manager, of global (EMEA and PACRIM), multi-national (EMEA and US) and local IT infrastructure and related projects, including:
- Developing and enhancing PMO services, policies and procedures.
- Developing, streamlining and supporting, etc., operational teams and their ways of working.
- Supporting operational/ support teams with respect to new national, multi-national and global IT service delivery and related deployments.
- Infrastructure service changes/ upgrades/ replacements, moves (including datacentre) and retirements – Hardware, software, warranty, license, etc., management.
- Providing level 1 to 5 support to internal staff and clients.
- Change Management services. Including development of operational and security related policies and procedures.
- Multi-national security solution deployments.
- Implementing IT services at new sites. Including service upgrades and retirements.
- Managing a diverse range of stakeholders, nationally and globally. Ranging from senior global partner, to new joiners.
- Governance manager, responsible for overseeing projects/ programs, streamlining policies, procedures and IT services. To ensure that organisation, legal and security requirements are met.
- Defining/ writing IT security projects, including ISO27001 compliant, infrastructure, document management, disaster recovery, etc. processes.
- Working with HR teams including account access and related management, HR process revisions, etc., as part of national and global deployments and annual student intake, etc.
- Security service implementations, e.g. proactive multi-national proactive security application.
- Applying (and defining) Health and Safety policies and procedures.
