Most of my working life has been with Tesco where I have worked for 16 years before quitting last year. During this time, a significant achievement was setting up an export division that grew to 30+ countries internationally with five years focused on Europe and Middle East in particular. I have detailed experience in optimizing operating models and executing strategies to enable growth in new channels.
During my time in Tesco, I have also managed large teams and strongly value the power of harnessing collective capabilities to achieve team and organization goals.
For the past one year, I have headed business development in a mid-size retail and wholesale business enabling them to overcome supply risks that has formed the basis for sustainable growth in future.
