- Assess referrals and ensure individuals are directed to the correct support services.
- Liaise daily with internal teams and external partners to provide accurate capacity updates and prevent delays.
- Produce daily reports summarising service demand, capacity, and performance for senior staff.

- Scheduling and managing rotas for care staff, ensuring all customers receive the best service possible.
- Fast-paced and reactive environment as constantly reviewing, allocating, and revising rotas based on the needs of the service, as well as, dealing with urgent requests resulting in a rota to be changed at short notice.

- Working in a high-pressure environment, dealing with members of the public, responsible for allocating and dispatching vehicle recovery operators to customers who would call in and report vehicle breakdowns.
