CLIENT Relations: Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients / Driving revenue & increasing profitability from existing and new portfolios / re-assessment of clients + re-assessment of their KYC documents / dealing with and remedying complaints / ensuring smooth operations between company and client
ONBOARDING: Implementing an onboarding flow/procedure for both Private and Corporate clients / Using identification-KYC / implementing onboarding processes throughout various teams / optimizing onboarding flow based on conversion bottlenecks / decreasing onboarding time by using automated solutions, assuring smooth flow from new lead to becoming a customer / dealing with partners/providers (identification, online form builders, PEP/screening)
KYC: Implementing and adopting to different requirements ensuring they comply to regulations / assuring required documentation is gathered in the most optimal way / Use of KYC questionnaires and other forms of automated scoring for assessing risk level of each client (which includes PEP/sanction list/black list screening, negative news/adverse search)
