I am an outgoing and personable person and I pride myself on being that rare breed who can mix superb listening skills, empathy and a willingness to do what is right for the customer in order to achieve the sales.
For the last 13 years or so I have been fortunate enough to work in the B2B sector and B2C sector where sales and service has been my life although this has involved a varying degree of products backgrounds.
I've also had experience of the financial sector namely mortgages and associated assurance products.
I am passionate about the customer and creating the right impression.
