Benjamin McCarthy

I am an 18 year old student, recently graduated from sixth form in Northwich, Cheshire. I am hoping to move to Bristol this September to pursue my passion for music by studying music technology at the University of the West of England. I'm very passionate, hard-working and reliable and I am always keen to work as a team or individually.

I have experience with setting up lighting and sound for live gigs, recording and mixing live instruments, and performing live in bands. I've had a few part time jobs, most of which have been working behind the bar or waiting on tables. I also completed my Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award, during which I volunteered at a charity shop.

I graduated from high school in 2022 and achieved the grades shown on my cv. In June, completed my A levels at Sir John Deans Sixth Form College, in Media Studies, Music Technology and Geography. Currently, I am awaiting my results from my exams.
