I am a confident, sociable and hard-working individual. I have extensive experience and drive to help those around me. I am talented at providing in-depth communication when needed and listening to others when required. I love working in a team setting as my English course requires group activities which have developed my abilities to shine in groups.

Barista at Pret A Manger (2023-08 – 2023-11)

Responsibilities included

• Opening and closing the shop, providing great customer service, preparing drinks within sixty seconds, never allowing a customer to wait longer than sixty seconds in line, regularly cleaning equipment (spraying and wiping the counter, mopping, loading the washing machine, sweeping, spraying and wiping the seating area, every thirty minutes I had to wash my hands, clean all coffee machines, clean the milk jugs, clean the J-cloth and every four hours I had to deep clean all coffee machines and wash all food utensils), restocking the front with tidy presentation, operating the oven to heat up food so the hot stand is never empty for customers, memorising a multitude of hot and cold drinks, operating coffee machines, restocking the bakery regularly, professionally dealing with mystery shoppers, training staff, performing quality checks, doing regular temperature checks, professionally working through rushes, helping with customer inquiries, safely turning off and on equipment, filling out paperwork (dribble checks, temperature checks, date checks, hot food registration, cleaning sheets), other activities.

Sales Assistant at CEX (2023-11 – 2024-09)

Responsibilities included

• Answering customer queries, advising customers on what best to buy, advertising better alternatives to what they are asking for if needed, keeping shop floor and behind the counters clean, restocking, stock checks, ensuring cabinets were presentable, merching the store to company standards, till use, handling money, handling vouchers, knowledge of tech products, handling agitated customers, assembling product displays, placing price stickers, cleaning all products being bought in, testing phones and console controllers to ensure they properly functioned, carrying heavy merchandise, working in a team.

Bartender The Boathouse- Wigan.

July 2025- November 2025.

Responsibilities included: making a plethora of drinks, taking orders, tilling items through, taking payment, ensuring customers had an efficient and comfortable stay, waitressing, taking food through to the tables, providing table service, remembering long orders, keeping the bar and restaurant clean, organizing fridges and displays to best optimize their look for customers unsure of what to buy.

Bartender The Red Lion- Mawdsley.

December 2025- August 16th 2026.

Responsibilities include: making a plethora of drinks, engaging with regular customers, remembering regular customer's orders for when they return, table service, helping out with the weekly quiz and prize draw, ensuring everything is properly cleaned, overseeing the music played throughout the bar and restaurant and many more.

Merchandiser The Kairos.

April 2026.

Responsibilities include: organizing the merchandise for easy accessibility, advising customers on what to buy and what sizes to buy, displaying the merchandise, packing down quickly to meet the venue's curfews, unloading the van to make it in time for soundcheck, working in a fast paced environment to ensure everyone got served before they lost interest or before the venue closed, handling money, handling a blue tooth card machine, long days of travel.

Choir Member at Young Vox Choir (2012 – 2019)

This choir allowed me many unique opportunities such as appearing on the 'Songs of Praise BBC 1 Christmas Episode', travelling to Rome to play the role of Fury in 'Dido and Aeneas' by Henry Purcell and allowed me to assume the role of 1st Fairy in 'The Fairy Queen' by Henry Purcell, an adapted version of William Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'. I also performed in Wales with my role of Arlechino in 'A Monteverdi Spectacular' and returned to Rome. I was commissioned to write and read my own poetry with the role of Reader in 'Song of Seven' by Hildegard Von Bingen at the Medieval Musical in the Dales Festival.

I also assumed the role of Reader in the 'Old Christmas Return'd' performance at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. All these experiences required me to quickly adapt to working in a team and developed my skills in talking with others in a professional setting.
