Bethany Jameson

I am a BA(Hons) Theatre Graduate from the University of Chichester where I completed my degree in May 2020. After completing my GCSE's at secondary school I then went on to study at Brockenhurst College, Hampshire, where I completed my A Levels. Since then I have been a FOH team member, working in busy hospitality environments.

FOH Team Leader at The Bakers Arms (2023-08 – Present)

• Supporting my team and completing general FOH duties throughout a variety of areas of the service cycle.
• Looking after a section of tables, serving a range of drinks and food, recommending products and answering queries, processing transactions and resolving issues that arise.
• Assisting management with hosting and the online booking system, creating bookings requested by guests either in person or over the phone, changing, adapting or cancelling bookings when requested
• experience of working behind the bar, pouring pints, making cocktails and a variety of soft drinks, basic cellar maintenance including changing barrels and restocking the bar when needed
