Hi, I've been working as a customer service advisor for years now
With a combined experience working in the customer service industry, I can now deliver excellent customer skills by being able to attentively listen to customer needs, building a rapport and problem solving any issue that may arise. As well as this, I am flexible to work independently and dependently when needed to meet objectives. Highly proficient in using computer technologies including applications such as Microsoft, CRM, Workspace, Citrix and BT Wholesale.
In addition to my technical and customer service background, I am also able to upsell to customers and negotiate deals to add further value.
This 3 years course helped evolve my skills to become better organized from having to multi-task and manage my work-life balance, as well as helping me to understand the virtues of working towards deadlines to ensure the projects were completed accordingly to the specifications. Furthermore, I was able to grow and work collaboratively as a team to complete film projects. This course helped to learn how to work dependently and independently.
