Hi my name is Kenzie, i am 24 years old and I have come from the customer service background for 3 years now. I have dealt with inbound calls and outbound and I can handle complaints. I enjoy the customer service environment because it gives opportunities to build confidence within yourself and it gives you the chance to help people and their needs.
I have a very outgoing personality which matches well with this environment because it’s all about independence and teamwork and of course interacting with customers and facing daily challenges which can be hard but rewarding.
