My name is niamh, i have worked in customer service for around 3 years now. I love working in customer service because I like to help people out when they are having complications and make the situation less stressful for the individual. My hobby’s include attending festivals with friends, seeing family, driving and i also love make up and fashion. I hold a full and clean driving licence. I am also first aid trained.
Working in customer service requires alot of patience and problem-solving skills, but with all this i like to remain focused and positive. Helping the customer with their questions and problems is my main focus. i have had many customers express their gratitude for the way i have helped resolve situations that’s caused stress.
