I am a citizen of the UK and am fully entitled to work and have a national insurance number
I have recently moved back to Abingdon from Collumpton in Devon to help look after my poorly sister. I am looking for full time or part time work in or around the Abingdon area and am unable to relocate as I have to be available in my free time to help my sister.
Regarding my suitability for any position, I have extensive experience of planning organising and managing groups and customer service experience and would be delighted to be considered for any role where these skills may be required.
I was a full corporal in the British army and section commander for patrols in Belfast which involved extensive planning as well as effective management of changing circumstances ensuring the safe return of everyone in my section. I was also stationed in Germany. I have also worked as an associate lecturer at Bicton agricultural college in Devon teaching estate management skills, foraging and wilderness survival skills, woodwork, and navigation with map and compass. The groups of students I taught at Bicton college where of very diverse ability and included students with special educational needs.
I have experience of customer service roles and working in hotels and take a pride in providing excellent helpful service with a very high level of courtesy and politeness while also ensuring customers are completely satisfied before they leave while reassuring they can get in touch or come along for any further assistance.
I have also a lot of experience of teaching and mentoring English language students in Fukuoka City Japan
I would describe myself as being highly patient and understanding of different characters. I am calm and never get flustered and am very adept at prioritising tasks in order of urgency or importance. Thank you very much for considering my application
