Hi, i'm Caitlin, i'm 16 and i am energetic, outgoing and talkative i will listen when i need to and take in information, i tend to be a fast learner. I like making new friends, and i enjoy looking after my siblings that helps me stay active, i am looking forward join the work life. I am respectful and kind to others and will talk to people with respect.
During my work experience with young children, i learnt the needs of young children and their individual behaviours. I taught them how to read letters and numbers, and match them up. I got to understand their needs and how to calm them in situations.
