I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working individual who gives my all in whatever task is set for me throughout my working day, I am a mature team worker and adabtable to any and all challenging situation. My current role within retail has given me excellent communication skills in dealing face to face with customers, peers and team members, I am comfortable in face to face contact but equally adept to talking to people on the phone or liasing via email etc. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using my own initiative to highlight what needs doing and completing tasks with little direction needed.

I work well under pressure and treat deadlines set as a challenge to complete quickly but correctly. I have undertaken various training during my time in current role as new technology and working regimes have been set, I am also first aid trained.

Production Line Worker at Hanworth Laboratories (1995-09 – 1998-03)

Working as part of a production line picking and packing items ready for dispatch, tight deadlines meant work had to be completed on time so teamwork was a key factor in making this possible.

Receptionist and Customer Service Representative at Kirton Healthcare (1998-03 – 2002-06)

Worked as receptionist and customer service representative, I was responsible for answering phones, managing peers diaries, organising and setting up crucial meeting and receiving customer phone calls, queries and managing them accordingly.

Factory Operative at Kirton CBS (2002-06 – 2003-12)

Worked as a factory operative within the same group as previous role as company expanded, I worked within a close knit team to produce orders ready for dispatch, weekly targets had to be met and as part of a team we managed this.

Factory Operative at Workspace Solutions Ltd (2003-12 – 2004-10)

Very similar role to previous work space, due to downsizing I was offered an opportunity to contimue as factory operative in a new work place, my previous experience in this role helped me intergrate with a new team. Similar deadlines and need for team work were in place here too and again the deadlines were met accordingly.

Customer Services/Sales and Receptionist at STP (2004-10 – 2007-10)

Worked as customer services/sales and receptionist, following the closure of previous employer I was offered a chance to return to a role I had enjoyed previously and the experience helped me settle in easily within a new team. I worked as part of a small team as sales representative and receptionist, we were responsible for taking orders from clients, passing to warehouse for dispatch and receiving phone calls and managing them accordingly.

Sales Assistant / Deputy Manager at Aldi (2007-10 – Present)

Due to starting a family I moved to role that worked around this, initially starting on minimal hours as a sales assistant, as family grew older my hours were extended and I progressed to deputy manager in charge of ordering stock for delivery which was a crucial part of the stores operation, as my family grew and work place legislations changed I returned to sales assistant role again. I have been a polite and eager member of staff who has a can do attitude and am a trusted long standing mwmber of the store team. I have been flexible in my working approach over the past years working long shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts to suit the requirements set by employer.

Yard Hand / Riding Guide at Hockley Green Riding Stables (1990 – 2015)

Working at Hockley Green riding stables, started as yard hand mucking out stables and helping where needed, I progressed over time and was trusted to lead groups of riders on "hacks" through woodland and tracks, I was responsible for small groups of people and enjoyed this responsibility hugely.
