I have many years experience working in telesales and also working in social care I feel with my experience in both job roles I have perfected my skills and feel very capable in working in these types of environment. I enjoy working and thrive on new challenges that a new position would bring I feel I'm confident to deal with most situations no matter how demanding or stressful. I've dealt with customers face to face as well as on the phone with complaints returns of products and understand how customers satisfaction is key and must be upheld at all times.
I like to work methodical and in an organised manner I am professional in my work I pay great attention to detail and always remain calm and structured in my approach to the situation, as a Team Manager for the last 3 years I have managed a team of 15 dealing with P/L figures and stats paying wages, as well as day to day staffing situations and customer complaints ive worked in this high pressure role with ease and thrived off it.
