I currently work as a freelance translator, proof-reader and post-editor for several companies. In this capacity I translate a variety of documents (legal, medical, life sciences, technical), primarily from French, German, Spanish and Lithuanian into English. I also proofread translations completed by other translators and my work in this capacity has included subtitling, adapting texts, editing and post-editing.

Having passed a concours (competition) in 2014, I worked as a European Union fonctionnaire juriste linguiste (legal translator) in the English language translation unit of the Court of Justice of the European Union. In this capacity I translated a variety of EU law documents, including judgments of the Court, from French, German, Lithuanian and Spanish into English.
Voluntary French Teacher at Various (2004)
Teaching French on a voluntary basis to refugees arriving in Luxembourg, the aim being to help them integrate into Luxembourgish society.
Tutoring children aged between 7 and 18 in German, French and the piano. All my pupils successfully passed their exams.
