Cabin Crew - Ryanair
(2026-04)
I am currently working as cabin crew with ryanair. To become a qualified cabin crew with Ryanair I had to undergo an intense 6 week training course which entailed 4 written examinations which covered inflight medical emergency procedures, Passenger handling, First aid and Emergency Evacuation procedures. I also had to do a number of practical assessments such as Firefighting training, First aid incapacitated scenarios and swimming exams.
This course involved 5 day full time classroom work as well as self learning through case studies which had to be conducted during evenings and weekends. With the course and the time I spent flying I feel l provided exceptional passenger care and ensured safety as a flight attendant, delivering seamless service with professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Front of House - Inflato Stoke
(2024-07 - 2026-04)
My previous role involved front of house and tasks such as taking inbound bookings through phone calls, email and walk-ins. This is managed by the online booking system which I have full control over. I also act as the Party Organiser which involves understanding the requirements of the customers and paying particular attention to making the children have the most enjoyable and memorable experience.
When required I also help on the floor which includes making sure that all customers are safe on the inflatable. I also oversee the staff who work on the food counter as well as taking customers' orders, informing the kitchen staff, and then waiting on the customers.
Work Experience - Annie's Airdressers - Tunstall
I attended five days of work experience at Annie's Airdressers, Tunstall. My role was to answer calls, book clients for appointments, wash hair, offer refreshments and help maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the salon. This gave me a great understanding of how a business works and what is expected on a day-to-day basis. After work experience was completed, I stayed for weekend work.
Work Experience - Stoke on Trent City Council - Civic Centre
During my studies at College I attended a week's work experience at Stoke on Trent City Council based at the Civic Centre. Here I was responsible for general office administration as well as answering and redirecting calls and handling general enquiries at the help desk. During this time my customer service skills and communication skills were greatly enhanced.
I also worked in the Registry Office where I assisted in registering births, deaths and marriages as well as spending time in the Legal team where I undertook general administration tasks.
