▪ Managing automotive preparation and operations, overseeing vehicle inspection and assessment to damage, detailing and preparation
▪ Leading and supervising a team of technicians and detailer's, assigning tasks and ensuring completion
▪ Implementing and continually reviewing quality control measures to maintain standards for appearance, functionality, and safety
▪ Efficiently managing vehicle inventory levels and coordinating with sales teams alongside collaboration cross functionally

Responsible for the management of new and used prestige vehicle preparation and operations for one of the top retailers in the country. Working with a great team of employees and working cross functionally with site departments, General Manager, and Divisional Director to ensure shared success. Sourcing and building trusted relationships with third party companies; Valeting, bodyshop and other automotive services which was not previously in place to create efficiencies.
Upon joining JLR, I have successfully implemented a commercial end to end preparations process to ensure the smooth transition between Sales, Preparations through to customer delivery. I have reduced preparations costs by 20% and delivered on increasing quality standards which resulted in record NPS scores for the site and division. I am proud to have managed the preparation team that have supported breaking internal records, handing over 120 units within a 24 hour period and 450 new units, not inclusive of used units within a month.
