Personal assistant for property developer, looking for a new fun and exciting role!
Legal: Preparing corporate documents for courts/councils and legal sales packs for bulk sales.
Maintaining strict confidentiality on all matters. supportive aid to lawyers in the real estate field. negotiating property transactions, structuring arrangements for conveyancing or investments, and preparing documentation, such as contracts, to finalize transactions.
Marketing: Marketing new projects, franchises, sales and lets for multi-million-pound projects. Marketing for external sales agents and for new employees.
Using the following services: newspaper adverts, scripts, videos, brochures, leaflets, and billboards. Event planning and exhibitions. Using PR companies. communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships. increase exposure across multiple platforms. Social media management.
Personal Assistant: Travel Management, Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments, household
&Family, Travelled, Maintaining strict confidentiality, Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients, Take dictation and minutes, office management and maintance.HR for staff. Personal matters such as sourcing cars.
Recruitment: advertising roles, interview process, employee training, appraisals all internationally.
Accounts: client statements, investment breakdowns and updates, rental payments, updating all in coming and outing payments.
Sales: exhibitions internationally London, Doha, Dubai, Hong Kong, Pakistan. Working in agents’ office to conduct external sales. Being client relations manager being first point of contact and meeting potential buyers. purchases and leases of land and buildings and advise on the structure of deals. Keep track of inventory and updating all agents/clients daily.
