Throughout my career I have compiled and completed in-depth reports working closely with other professionals to implement support to reduce / minimise the risk to individuals. I have excellent communication skills and ensure that I am always polite, calm, respectful and approachable in any circumstance.Having the right approach can help diffuse behaviours and reduce risk of behaviours escalating.

I have developed my skills over the years working alongside other agencies (Education, Housing, Learning Disability and Mental Health services) and developed strong partnership working and feel that I do lead by example, believing that my Leadership skills are one of my strongest assets.
