My name is Nikita and I am currently a Lending Specialist at Perenna.
I previously worked at L&C mortgages for 4.5 years where I worked up from Case Manager Level 1 through to Case Manager Team Leader. I have extensive experience of managing my own pipeline of mortgage applications from submission through to completion and within my first year I was awarded most efficient Case Manager in the Newcastle office.
During my time at L&C I took some time out of case management to help set up a brand new sales call team which included recruitment, on boarding, training and developing the team. Once the team was up and running, I returned to case management where I progressed through the ranks up to Team Leader.
In 2022 I was given an opportunity to try something new and took a role as Marketing and Business Development Team Lead for a global law firm, managing a team of Marketing and Business Development assistants and execs.
