I've been using a tool called Braze to create customer communication processes across multiple channels, such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages. This has allowed me to personalize our communication with customers and improve their overall experience with our brand. By using Braze, we've been able to increase customer engagement and retention rates, which has had a positive impact on our business.
In summary, my experience as an SEO Specialist has taught me the importance of data collection and analysis in optimizing websites for search engines.
