I’m a Fun energetic happy bubbly outgoing people person. Customer service is my passion and I thrive on giving my all and doing my best where the customer is concerned.
My most recent position was with M&co as a customer care advisor. I have worked with the company for 16 years filling many roles from front facing sales advisor in many of the stores working my way up the ladder to floor manager and then joining the operation support centre as a customer care advisor until the company sadly entered administration.
As the company has now ceased trading I do not require to give notice and I am available for immediate employment..
December 1999 -April 2007 Bridal consultant @ Angelique Lamont. Duties required providing outstanding service to buses and bridesmaids helping them to purchase their dream bridal gowns. Cash handling telephone appointment booking and sales.

Answering customer emails via Zen desk approximately 50 per day placing orders over the telephone and taking payments.
Following up customer orders with the courier companies and filing claims for lost parcels.
